Julie O'Leary Owner and operator of Mindful Movements since 2003.
Julie has been in the health & fitness industry for sixteen years. As a breast cancer survivor she has learned what it takes to be truly healthy from the inside out. Julie understands the importance of healthy nutrition and exercise and wants to share this knowledge with her students. She is grateful for the important life lessons she has learned and is continuously inspired by her students. She is currently teaching classes and offering private instruction in yoga, pilates and strength and conditioning. Julie is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor, certified in Pilates through Power House Pilates and The Pilates Institute of America and ACE certified Personal Trainer.

Angela Meltzer has been in the fitness industry since 2001. She has a B.A. with a focus in Sports Management and a M.A. with a focus in Exercise Science. Angela's credentials include the following- ACSM Health Fitness Specialist, ACE Personal Trainer, AFAA Primary Group Fitness Instructor, Johnny G Spin Instructor, TRX Instructor, Hip Hop Hustle Instructor, Zumba Instructor, Yoga Fit Instructor and Wellness Coach.

Come find your true intuition. While living in the jungles of Panama and Nicaragua Brianne's yoga practice began to take a deeper meaning. In nature she really learned what it means to have a true mind body connection. Brianne truly thrives in nature. While practicing with the waves of the ocean and the sounds of the jungle she is able to truly express herself. Yoga is a form of self expression and Brianne believes a solid yoga practice can lead to freedom. Brianne received he r300-ERYT Yoga teacher certification in Costa Rica. Nature has taught her that its better to listen to your inner self rather than to try and force yourself to try and look like the perfect yoga statue. Brianne encourages students in her class to find their own practice.
Brianne has taught in Chicago, Vermont, Michigan,Wisconsin, Costa Rica, Panama and Nicaragua.
Yoga is not about where you can go but, where you can be.
